BUS REGULATIONS

1. Bus facility will be given for one complete Academic Session.
2. Students with valid Bus pass are only permitted to use the school bus. Bus pass will be issued for the whole academic year. There is no provision for surrendering the bus pass in the mid session.
3. Bus fees are to be deposited as per fee schedule in time other wise fine will be charged accordingly.
4. Late fee of Rs. 20/- will be charged with the Bus monthly fee up to the 15th of next month.
5. Arrears of 2 months will be excepted with a fine of Rs. 50/- along with the Bus fee of current month up to to the 15th of the month.
6. Name of the defaulter will be struck off from the Bus register after non-payment of the Bus fee for more than 2 months. Bus fee defaulters will also be charged the fine accordingly.
7. All students using the school bus are expected to be on the right side of their bus stop at least five minutes prior to the arrival time of the bus.
8. Students will be held responsible for any damage to buses caused by negligence or vandalism.
9. The charges per pupil per month or any part is given in the fee schedule. A schedule for the charges is available in the school office. The school does not entertain any request for change of bus stop, bus route to suit an individual’s convenience.
